Battery confusion: AA LR6 rechargeable batteries for bicycle lights?
I want to buy a set of bike lights and I'm considering this Cateye EL530 & TL1100:

But what voltage do the Cateye lights need? Most rechargeables
I use NiMH batteries and they do very well for me.
For 'proper' lighting I use systems that use 6v rechargeable systems using a car like battery giving 15w+.
Even better I use dynamo lighting systems that do away with batteries
