I don't really know what the numbers mean, but I need new tires. I like the looks of a size 700 23c tires i found on eBay but I don't know if they will fit my rims, that currently have size 700 38c tires. Can someone tell me what the difference will
You can go smaller but not that small. You need to measure your rims to find out what sizes you can use. Scroll down to the rim tire chart. The 23 and 38 is the width of the tire in mm.

whats a better bicycle tire tube size for 700 x 35c?

My bikes tires need 700 x 35c tubes. Should I get a tube that is fit for 700 x 35/38c or a 28/35c?
I tried a 35/45c from Walmart but they flattened within an hour!
Also if you know any good brand tubes please let me know!
Besides looking for the shrapnel that flattened you in the first place. a 28/35 tube will be easier to work with. It is the next size smaller than the 35/45 and when new will fit inside your tire easier (by a little bit, but I notice the difference).

I've looked everywhere I can think of...is there a different way of sizing? or am I just not looking in the right places?
I should say, 38c or larger, up to 50c

700x30 bicycle tires are different than 700x32?

I purchased some 700x30 tires for my bicycle and it took 2 people to stretch the tire on with tire tools. 700 is the rim size, right?
You should be able to put those tires on with just your hands. The 30 and 32 are the width in mm so they are not that different. If you squeeze the tire together so it doesn't hit the bead seam and push it toward the side that needs mounted it is a
