you're probably a 54cm. it depends on your torso. if you're new to cycling you might want to get fitted somewhere so you can have your size for future reference. as far as building a single speed you basically just need a freewheel. But if you're wanting

I am going to buy a new mountain bike and i need help on what size of bike frame that fits for me. I am 5 foot 6 and 125 pounds. I am looking at this supercycle bike because it is going for $109.99 because it is such a great price. It comes in bike frame

I have an old bike and was wondering how to go about cleaning off the the frame without damaging what is left of the original paint.
It also has rusted rims and handle bars and I'd like th clean those off as much as possible as well. Any idea?

don't use steel wool, use a small crumpled wad of aluminum foil to remove rust from chromed surfaces.
