Bike Gloves Gel

How do I clean gel riding gloves?

I have gel bike riding gloves partly rubber , nylon , polyurethane, cotton and part Elastic Lycra the gloves say do mot wash them but while riding I get very sweaty I really want them clean so that I don't have bacteria growing in them. what should I

wash in washing machine, gentle cycle, gentle soap, cold water and then DRIP DRY

What are some good gel gloves for my road biking? My thumbs are killing me.

Its difficult to know which gloves to get, but I want a really good pair of gloves to help with this numbness. I have done my best to switch my weight to the seat and legs, but you know its difficult when you're bent over going fast.

Any Specialized "BG" gloves.

Although, I've found any sort of glove/mitts help really.

Also, vary your hand positions regularly.

Riding a Road Bike, right thumb feels like a nerve is being pinched, goes numb and then tingles. What can i do

i'm new cycling. so im' not sure if this is just my body getting use to the position of my hands, or do i need better gel gloves, or grips.

Where do you ride? I'm going to assume it's mainly on the brake lever hoods, no?

Change your hand position often, fortunately with drop bars on a road bike, there's loads to choose from.

Also I would recommend some gloves

i wear gel padded gloves while cycling, but still experience pain in my hands. I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on this aztec vibe wrap. Can I use any bar tape over it? How much would it cost to have a bike shop put this on for me and wrap

Generally, pain in the hands results from a bike that isn't a good fit for you or isn't adjusted well to your frame. Most of the time it's because you're reaching too far and putting too much pressure on your hands. Also, if it's a mountain-type bike

      I bought this bike so I could start to ride to work, about 1 mile one way, and I was on a budget. This bike is great for the money you pay for it.
