The pros are fairly obvious...so why would I might not want one? For example, I do a lot of my own bike maintenance, and my buddy at work told me that I'd probably have to buy a torque wrench to make sure I don't damage the frame by over-torquing stuff. if you ride anywhere other than a paved and designated bike trail, like say a street with potential car accidents, the thought of a wreck with a carbon fiber frame is much less nerve wracking than with a metal.

I can understand your preference for Carbon if you like the ride better than your last Aluminum bike, but don't understand what you're basing your comparison regarding Titanium on.
