Integrated crankset?

I am looking for a cheap LIGHT crankset. On Tonken's website, they have integrated cranksets, and MTB cranksets. What is the difference?

I have a GT zum S2 hybrid.
I am thinking of upgrading the crankset on it to something a little better.
I have two choices in mind, to either get a better square taper crankset and keep my current bottom bracket, or to get a hollow

First, if you change to a new square taper crankset, it is not a given that it will work with your current bottom bracket. Depending on the crank design, it is possible that a longer or shorter spindle would be required. You would have to check the length

can anyone tell me a crankset that has 2 speeds and a bash guard for mountain biking/ dirt jumping. that uses a square taper bottom bracket?

Get a three speed and put the bash guard on the largest ring.
