Does anyone know where I could find a vintage schwinn folding bike basket for under $60?
I've been looking for a vintage folding schwinn bike basket, the kind that attaches to the back of your bike. I found one, but it's $73 plus shipping and i'm a bit reluctant to pay that. Anyone have any ideas where I could find one for cheap besides ebay
Couldn't find one vintage, but found them new. You need a rack already on your bike. You also would have to buy these for each side you wanted them on. But they are steel, made in the good old US of A, durable, and extremely practical. You can even get

Is it hard to find carrier racks and baskets for vintage bikes?
I'm looking at a few vintage cruisers from the 40s-early 60s. I want a basket or rack from groceries. Is it hard to find a carrier to fit on an old bike like that? Should I get a bike that already has a rack/basket?

Legendary rock-and-roll singer Percy Sledge brings his award-winning voice back to the festival as this year's headline entertainer. Sledge performs June 25 at 8 p.m. on the Railroad Park stage. Admission is $10.Sledge made his festival debut in 2007, drawing a record Peach Festival concert crowd. People filled the park, adjacent streets, and some even sat on nearby rooftops. Festival officials anticipate a similar crowd this year.
Concert-goers are urged to bring lawn chairs because bleacher seating will not be available this year.
We anticipate a really good crowd, not only at the festival itself, but also at the Percy Sledge concert, Chamber President Scott Terry said. When Percy was here three years ago, it was literally standing-room only.
Sledge, a Mississippi native, jumped to almost instant fame in 1966 with the soul song When A Man Loves A Woman. The song was the first Southern soul record to top the charts, and helped earn Sledge a spot in the Rock-and-roll Hall of Fame.

I actually never installed this light or turned it on because it just doesn't work on my bike. I have a vintage, French one-speed ladies bike that would look so awesome with this light but I have a front basket. I love my front basket and couldn't live without it and unfortunately, you can't use this light with a front basket. It is just too big and hard to install around the basket. Even if you could, you wouldn't be able to put anything in the basket.
