Where is a good place to get front wicker baskets for bike?

I also want to ride around with my dog too. She's about 13 lbs. Would it be safe to have her in the front? She's a jack russell/shih tzu.

Or if it's possible, can I make one?

Not in a wicker basket... and not on the handle bars. Put a rear rack on your bike and attach a large stainless steel basket to it. It has much more room, is stronger, and will not cause the instability that you will have on a handle

If a guy is seen riding a bike with a basket on the front should his man card immediately be revoked?

I don't mean like a box or a crate on the front either. I mean like wicker basket.

i did that once, but i stole the bike, and rode it naked with firearms in the basket.

okay, so i bought a wicker basket for my bike, and i accidentally did something with the rubber shims that are supposed to go into the two loops that go around the front of your bike. is there somewhere i could get more rubber shims? or something i could
